Is Shoobilee a rental service?
No. We will never send members previously owned or used merchandise.
May I scuff up Shoobilee shoes without penalty and still return them?
Yes! There are no extra fees or hidden charges. We encourage our members to walk confidently and wear the shoes guilt-free.
May I send in a different pair of shoes to donate in place of the one I queued from Shoobilee?
Unfortunately not. We can only accept our own shoes as donations.
Is there a penalty if I don’t decide to purchase or donate?

Do you sell shoes?
Yes! You can purchase any style for $14.99 a pair. No taxes, no fees, no shipping charges.
Do you issue refunds?
No, all Shoobilee purchases are final sale. However, you will have the shoes in your possession before you decide to make a purchase.
Where do my returns go?
We donate all of our members’ returns to different philanthropic causes across the world. Read more about the journey HERE.
How many styles may I receive a month?
Unlimited! You may queue and receive as many pairs as you want. We ship one style at a time in order of your preference.
When do you charge my card?
We will only charge your card on the start of every billing cycle and whenever you decide to purchase a pair of shoes.
In what condition are the shoes deemed non-returnable?
We’ll never refuse a donation, so feel free to return the pair in any condition.
Can I rearrange the order of my queue?
Yes! Sign in and navigate to your ShooCloset. You will see a small arrow that moves a specific style to the front. You always have total control of your queue.
Do you have a referral program?
Absolutely! We’ll credit you and every friend that subscribes (1) ShooCoin to use on any style, anytime. Learn more about ShooCoins HERE.

How and when can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime. Although we will be sad to see you go, cancelling your subscription is hassle-free. Your account will remain active until the next billing date.
